My very banana bread
This time I threw in a handful of raisins. I notice they go a little bitter though the flavor goes softer and mesh better after twelve hours. I didn't have enough blackened bananas for this recipe. The ingredients were halved. I also used muscovado sugar instead of the regular brown.
